  • How large is your organization?

    Axians is a large organization. However, the team focused on Zorg GGZ consists of over 20 people, of which 10 work in the Customer Support department.

  • If I have a question about Zorg GGZ, will I get help quickly?

    Yes, our support department is the face of our organization. You can always call us — we’re happy to help you quickly.

    So no ticketing systems where you have to submit your question or request and wait for back-and-forth emails.

  • What is the difference between Axians and other EPD/ECD providers?

    Axians focuses exclusively on mental healthcare (GGZ) and not on other target groups such as occupational therapy, speech therapy, or physiotherapy. Thanks to this focus, we can rapidly develop our application. A new software release is available every three weeks.

    Axians used the transition from the DBC system to the ZPM (2022) as an opportunity to completely redevelop its software using the most modern technologies. As a result, there is no “baggage” from the past, and you benefit from software that is fresh and modern.

  • Does the application meet all security requirements?

    Axians meets all requirements and standards to ensure the quality of the system and to comply with applicable laws and regulations. We are certified for ISO/IEC 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, NEN 7510, and have obtained ISAE 3402 type 1 and 2 declarations.

  • Do you also offer an integration with an accounting package?

    From Zorg GGZ, various exports can be generated that can be imported into accounting software.

  • What exactly does the invoicing service include?

    Axians handles invoicing to clients, health insurers, and municipalities (Youth care). Axians also takes care of reminders, payment demands, and formal notices of default. This way, you are fully relieved of administrative burdens.

  • How quickly can I get started with Zorg GGZ?

    After signing up through our website, you can start using the system right away.

  • I’m currently using a different EHR system. If I want to switch to yours, how does that process work?

    If you decide to switch, you’ll want your data from the previous system to be properly transferred into Zorg GGZ. Axians takes care of the migration for you. Axians has extensive experience in transferring data from other EHR systems.

  • Are there any costs associated with transferring my old data to Zorg GGZ?

    For independent practices, there are no costs associated with transferring data to Zorg GGZ. Axians ensures a seamless and free conversion of your data.
